Department of Management organised a workshop on “Team Dynamics” for I Year BBA Students on February 17, 2020. Dr S. Balamurugan, Placement Trainer cum Assistant Professor, DOMS, Periyar University, Salem was the resource person. The session started with an activity of self-analysing Individuals Strength and the areas for development and the individual’s Impact on the team. The workshop was structured with activities through which the participants experienced the elements of group dynamics and team building. The workshop realised the participants to understand their team, and how an individual’s attitude will affect the team members. The Team Dynamics workshop provided an overview and clearly identifies key areas for intervention, development and correction. During the workshop, students realised how their individual and collective behaviour impacts the rest of the team, the overall performance and subsequent results.
