A Guest Lecture on ‘Human Resource Planning” was organised for second year BBA students on January 30, 2020. Ms.R.Lakshmipriya, Senior Specialist Talent and Culture, Payoda, Coimbatore was the resource person. She explained how the Human resources are managed in the corporates, Strategic Plan for Human resources, Culture management and talent management, importance of performance management and how specific the organisations are to fix the metrics for performance management. She explained how R & R (Rewards and Recognition) concept is worked out in the HR Department. She further explained that “T shaped personality” is what required in the present market. She also explained the HR planning practices of Payoda, Cognizant.
