The #KCLAS Edge in Academics

As a part of study visit , students of I BBA attended Design thinking workshop in Bangalore organised by Spread Design.

In the 1st day of 2days workshop students experienced the importance of Design thinking challenge by team exercise. Followed by students are enlighten about insight mining. And Ms Sonia of design barn delivered a Talk on Design sense.

As a part of study visit (day 02) , students of I BBA visited NINJACART Bangalore, India’s largest B2B Fresh Produce Supply Chain Company (Start-up by KCT Alumni).

Table discussion session by Mr Sathish ( KCT Alumni) enlighten the emerging business models and he shared the Do and don’t for a start-up. 11 students from the department of Management have completed online courses in Coursera and Udemy.

Dr.Nandhini Devi.N, Assistant Professor Department of Management presented a paper on Risk Management in the National conference on Insurance & Technology – Emerging Challenges organised by Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science , Coimbatore

Dr.A.Dayala Rajan, Assistant Professor Department of Management presented 3 research papers on “Role of AI in Insurance Sector” , Risk Management in Insurance Sector” & Role of Cyber Security in Insurance Sector” in the National conference on Insurance & Technology – Emerging Challenges organised by Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science , Coimbatore
