Dance audition of KCLAS - Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts & Science (KCLAS)

The very first dance audition of KCLAS was conducted on August 27, 2019 at 4.30 p.m. in Swami Vivekananda Seminar Hall. After the circulation of the audition poster, there was a huge response from the students which was a positive sign. Nearly 60 students registered for the audition. Students from all departments participated and many performed well.

The number of participants were 41 and there were Solo, Dual and Group performances with an overwhelming response. We conducted the audition in the presence of Ms.Karunashree. Faculty Coordinator of KCLAS Clubs who supported us and judged the audition. There were 7 classical dances and the rest of the participants performed other forms with great enthusiasm.

It was a happy moment to see the students performing with exuberance. The student coordinators of Dance club were contented because the audition helped in identifying the hidden talents of KCLAS. The final selection was determined on the basis of the scores. The audience were very much delighted to watch some of the amazing performances of graceful dancers. It was a whole new experience for the onlookers. The team is looking forward to work with such wondrous and passionate dancers thereby hosting many successful events and uncountable achievements!
