Introduction
Dr. Maragathamani approaches her work with joy, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset. She is dedicated to being a unique thinker and embraces challenges and opportunities in her daily life to learn and grow. With excellent skills in writing and compering, she is also a talented orator. Her contributions to the National Service Scheme (NSS) include organizing numerous camps and awareness programmes, such as blood and hair donation drives. Dr. Maragathamani leverages information technology to impart education and raise social awareness among students and excels in mentoring, providing moral support, and inspiring her students.

- Published 3 books and numerous research papers.
- Authored 25 research articles in national and international journals.
- Participated in faculty development and orientation programs organized by AICTE Training and Learning, ICSSR, UGC, CIIL-Mysore, and Bharathiar University.
- Served as NAAC Co-ordinator for the Tamil department.
Vision
Dr. Maragathamani aims to promote the Tamil language on various platforms and envisions imparting the thoughts, principles to young students.

Inspiration in life
Dr. Maragathamani draws great inspiration from Mahakavi Bharathiar and Vethadhiri Maharishi. She is also inspired by Vallalar’s principle of “food to everyone” and the Japanese wabi-sabi theory.
