Introduction
Dr. G. Jayanthi has over 18 years of experience in teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students. She has an Industry experience as an Officer Administration and Customer Relations at Sara Elgi Group of Companies and Sam Pumps Company Pvt Limited, Coimbatore, for 14 years which has provided her with deeper insights into industry operations, enhancing her ability to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Karunya University, Coimbatore specializing in the internationalization of Coimbatore’s pump and motor manufacturing industries. Her research projects in this area have been highly appreciated in Professional forums and by foreign examiners. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and has completed multiple NPTEL & SWAYAM certifications in Lean Management, Market Research Analysis, Gender Justice, Workplace Safety, and Working Capital Management. Beleiving in Continous and life long learning will ensure sustained professional and personal growth. Her expertise lies in curriculum innovation, student development, industry readiness, and skill enhancement. She actively collaborates with CEOs, business leaders, industry experts, government bodies, and senior academicians, leveraging her strong professional network for mentoring and fostering industry-academia connections.
