Introduction
Dr. G. Arivazhagan has completed his Ph.D. from Bharathiar University and MBA from Tamilnadu Agricultural University. He has cleared UGC NET with Junior Research Fellowship in his first attempt (2009). He has acted as resource person for conducting SPSS and Research Methodology workshops in various colleges during his research days. Prior joining with KCLAS he was working as a Trainer and Mentor at Shankar IAS academy (Chennai). Some successful candidates under his mentorship were Dr. Arun S Nair IAS, D. Dharmala Shri IAS, S. Venkateswaran IFS. He himself was an UPSC aspirant who has cleared prelims five times and appeared for personality test twice. He believes his UPSC learning and teaching experience would help him in nurturing young talents towards achieving their career dreams.
Research Achievements and Activities:
He has published over 10 research papers in various national journals and edited books. He developed “Financial Literacy Test” a scale to measure the financial literacy of the Self Help Group members which received wide appreciations from NGO’s who work in the area of financial inclusion. He has also participated and presented papers at various national and international conferences. His current research interests spans around marketing analytics, emotional branding and agri-business management.

Story writing, short film making and cooking.
