Introduction

Dr.c.v.suganthamani, with her ph.d. in development economics from psgr krishnammal college for women in the area of insurance, holds an m.phil. in economics and masters in business economics and mba in hr from bharathiar university. with over fifteen years of dedicated teaching experience across various b-schools and colleges, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to academic excellence. a recipient of a gold medal in her postgraduate program, she has actively contributed to academia through multiple roles, serving as a resource person, adjunct faculty member, conference moderator, question paper setter, and a valued member of the board of studies in economics for affiliated colleges of bharathiar university.

furthermore, she has served as the co-project director for a minor project funded by icssr, new delhi. she has authored two books and contributed a chapter to springer nature. her research prowess extends to the presentation and publication of numerous papers at both national and international conferences. driven by a passion for lifelong learning, she has successfully completed nine online courses from renowned universities, consistently achieving the highest scores.

Hobbies

Engaging in the art of self-discovery through meditation, exploring new worlds within the pages of books, nurturing life in the garden of tranquility, and harmonizing the soul with the melodies of music.
