Head of Academic Operations

Introduction

Dr.A.Dayala Rajan, holds a doctoral degree in Management from Periyar Institute of Management Studies. More than 11 years, he has been involved in training & teaching both Undergraduate & Postgraduate level students of Management.He has also diligently served in Administrative roles such as Vice Principal, Administrative Officer, IQAC Coordinator, and so on. Moreover, he has been a member in the Board of Studies and Examiner for quite a few State Universities and Autonomous Institutions.His areas of research interests are Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Information Technology. He is also a recognized Ph.D Research Supervisor approved by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and at present he is guiding 6 Ph.D research scholars and 1 M.Phil scholar.He is also a co-investigator for a funded project on Occupational and Employability Skill Up-gradation under PMKVY, funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research.He has attended a number of National and International Conferences where he has presented papers in the areas of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. Besides, he has also published a number of research papers in UGC listed journals.Successfully conducted 3 Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp (for Rural youth) funded by EDII Chennai.Over the years Dr.A.Dayala Rajan has been invited as resource person around the country to conduct several management training programs and workshops for the students and faculty members.He also served as chairperson in many National and International Seminars & Conferences.Active member in “Coimbatore Productivity Council” (CPC) & “Junior Chamber International” (JCI), Tiruppur.
