Ms. Janani Sri Sree Ganesh holds a Master’s degree in Business Research from the University of Rochester, specializing in financial economics, alongside advanced certifications in econometrics and corporate finance. She has extensive teaching experience, including assisting in MBA and Executive MBA courses in Corporate Financial Accounting and Applied Financial Statement Analysis. Her research, published in esteemed journals such as Journal of Emerging Market Finance, explores innovative areas like equity safety, information dissemination in financial markets, and strategic disclosures by firms. In addition to being a skilled researcher, she is proficient in advanced quantitative and econometric tools, including R, Python, and STATA, and adept at financial data modeling and visualization.
Her Master’s dissertation, titled “Can equity be a safe haven for investment?”, co-authored with Kayal, P., and Balasubramanian, G., was published in the Journal of Emerging Market Finance in 2022.
Published articles in leading newspapers, including The Hindu Business Line and The Financial Express.
