Workshop on Career Mapping - Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts & Science (KCLAS)

Mr. Parthiban Selvam, Asst-Manager-Corporate Relation/Placement, PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, conducted a workshop on career mapping for the II BBA Students of KCLAS. The main focus of the session was to provide a sense of direction to the various types of career options they have.

The workshop visualizes the “terrain,” or process, of career exploration, 2) tracking the progress and to identify the most strategic steps.

The interactions made sure that there was no low point in the session. It gave everyone a clear perspective for the long run. All the factors affecting the choice of the students were addressed and the myths and superstitions regarding the choices were removed to a large extent. He showed presentations and various forms which were and organized and broken down into particular streams. It was very informative and interactive and even quite fun. It was indeed a share worthy experience.
