Dr. A. Priya Dharshini, M.B.A., M.S., Ph.D.

Associate Professor

Introduction

Priya Dharshini holds a Ph. D degree from Anna University, Chennai and an M.B.A degree with specializations in Systems and Human Resource Management from Bharathidasan University, Trichy. She is also an M.S. graduate in Computer Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. Her Under Graduation studies was on English Literature from Madurai Kamaraj University. Pursuing Bachelor of Academic Law in DDE with Annamalai University. Her career path is interwoven between Educational institutions and Industries across Asian countries like India, Japan and South Korea with a total working experience of about 17 years and 5 months. She was associated with consulting assignments at Kyushu Institute of Technology, Iizuka, Japan; was teaching at Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea for a period of two years and then for five years, Kumaraguru College of Technology – Business School has been her abode of work. After launching her own retail business, she continued teaching the young minds as an adjunct faculty in educational institutions.

Ph. D : Knowledge management through E-learning – Studies on design, usability and evaluation

M.S :Computer Engineering: PEER- A Protocol for Energy Efficient Routing in cluster-based WSN’s using CSO (Cat Swarm Optimization).

M.B.A : The impact of the Quality Circle on the morale of the workers of BHEL, Trichy.
