Prashant is pursuing his PhD. in Political Science from Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bengaluru, Karnataka. His topic of Ph.D. research is “Agrarian Change, Migration and Caste Politics in Bihar”. He has completed his Master degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 2013. He later pursued another Master degree from IGNOU in political science. He pursued his M.Phil. from Institute of Development Studies Kolkata (University of Calcutta) 2015. He has taught at BMS College of Law and PES University, Bengaluru as an assistant professor. He area of interests are Indian Politics, International Relations and Political Theory.
